When and where will MMM 2026 be held?
The Malaysia Microbiome Meeting (MMM) 2026 & SUMC Soft Launch will take place on 3rd & 4th October 2026 at Sunway University, Sunway City, Malaysia.
Who should attend?
The meeting is designed for clinicians, researchers, academics, postgraduate students, industry leaders, and regional stakeholders with an interest in microbiome science. It is also open to the wider public for selected sessions.
What are the conference tracks?
MMM 2026 is organised around seven themed session pathways known as the HARMONY tracks: Her Microbiome; AI, Multi-Omics and the Future; Regulatory Safety and Quality; Microbiome and Disease Burden; From One Health to One Planet; Nurturing Early Life; and Your Gut, Your Mind.
How do I register?
Registration is completed online via the Registration & Fees tab. A registration QR code will also be made available shortly. [TBC – confirm final registration link / portal.]
What are the registration fees?
Students / Postdoctoral Research Fellows: RM100 (early bird) / RM150 (regular). Academic / Corporate: RM200 (early bird) / RM300 (regular).
Is there any complimentary registration?
Yes — the first 30 registrants from Sunway Education Group will enjoy complimentary registration.
What are the key deadlines?
Abstract submission and early bird registration both close on 14 August 2026. Regular registration closes on 2 October 2026.
Can I submit an abstract or poster?
Yes. Abstract and poster submissions are open, with a deadline of 14 August 2026. Full submission guidelines and the submission link are available on the Abstract Submission tab. [TBC – confirm submission format and portal.]
Will I receive a certificate of participation?
[TBC] A certificate of participation is expected to be provided to all registered delegates. Please confirm with the secretariat.
Are meals and refreshments included in the registration fee?

Is there parking, and how do I get to the venue?
Sunway University is easily accessible by car, BRT, and KTM/LRT. Directions, parking, and nearby accommodation details are available on the Venue & Getting to Sunway City tab.
Will the sessions be recorded or available online?
